I've lived in Olde Towne with my husband and two boys since Oct. 2004. Granted that several years ago Olde Towne was bad. However now with new owners and they are shaping the place up! The pool is small but completly remodeled! the club house is a very nice place to have a get together next to the pool! The gym is very nice! There isn't a security guard but one of the owners do live here. I never had any problems since I've been here. It is right across from a Wildwood Elementary, within walking distance of Miami University and Middletown High School. It is on the bus route, and minutes from I-75, Rt. 73, Rt. 4! So as you can see Olde Towne is for families young and old!

You have to be kidding. I live here only because it is close to the schools my kids go to. Once my kids are out of school I'm out of here. They are more worried about the outside of the apts than the inside. And the apts they update are the ones that are empty (which are many) because residents get fed up with the place.
