i have been very pleased with Olde Towne Apartments. I have lived here since july 2008.The staff is great and are very caring and fair every time i have spoken to them about maintenance and rent problems. They have renovated a lot of the balconies (including my own in December 2008) which when i arrived were an obvious eyesore and potential safety hazard. Maintenance has been called twice and both were due to user mishaps with the garbage disposal. It is typically quiet every night with occassional loud music perhaps once or twice a month. I would recommend Olde Towne Apartments and hope that other CMC properties are as good as this one if and when i decide to move! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
