Great place to live... complete with roaches, hoodlums & drug dealers at the apartments next door (which are a good deal if the owner likes you, even if you've just been paroled from the state pen!), A comfortable little box where the roaches drink their cup from the persistent water leaks and infest your food. If you live in the 2985 building, you can rest assured you'll see a cockroach crawling somewhere on your wall or ceiling every night. Be sure to set aside a fair amount by which to roach bomb your apartment every month.

You may also find it difficult to recover your initial deposit... whatever problems there are when you get there, are what you'll be held accountable for when you leave.
