There is nothing to compare to this place. Maintenance is GREAT. They keep the place looking great and are always willing to help beyond the call of duty. That goes for the office staff too. The place is always clean, has flowers and nice landscaping. I can't imagine living anywhee else. I even get a discount on my rent because of where I work. They call it a Preferred Employer Discount!
