Trinity Place Apartments

I lived at trinity place for 18 months before i refused to pay rent. Nothing ever got fixed, electrical system in my old apt fried 3 tv's and an expensive radio. a/c worked when it wanted to and the refrigerator would keep you up at night. less not forget the pothead neighbors and thieves in the area. every car i owned was broken into. I lived on the second floor and someone stole a bike and fishing equiptment off the balcony. I wouldn't recommend this place for the homeless. The manager sucks and never calls back if you have a problem and if you need maintainace dont call after hours you will just get lip from the maintainance men.

I am the service manager and can say without a doubt you are wrong. If you have a problem after hours, it was responded to in a timely manner. If it was an emergency, it was handled immediately. If it was a routine request according to company guidelines, it was handled the next business day. As for your electrical issues and your a/c, you must notify us of any problems. If something was not working, we'll gladly do our best to fix it. If it wasn't fixed right then we'll continue until it is satisfactorily completed. For you to not call and then complain about it in this forum is not fair. I'd be more than happy to discuss these issues with you if nothing more to find out what apartment you lived in so I could rectify the situation.
