Well for starters the repairs previously made are shoddy at best, theres hair and other things stuck in the paint on the wall with runs eveywhere. The dishwasher is old,outdated and barly works. They will not replace. Has been cleaned and fixed multiable times. Mangenment is apathetic to maintainice and rude. There are a few small good things, the apartments are pretty good sized, and they have washer dryer hookups. Other than that if I knew what I know now i would have never moved in. Its a good starter apartment if you can deal with the mangement.
