The apartments just plain suck! When I moved in there was stains/mold all over the bathroom including hair still stuck in the drain! (True my fault for not taking a closer look. I was in a hurry & the price was fair.) Not to mention stains on the very old & in dyer need of replacing, carpet. There was stains on the kitchen walls & in the top cabinets that I didn't know was there till I tried to cook & the box or can stuck to it. Not to mention the other tenants who live there! If sleeping isn't a necessity then you'll fit right in because no one there seems to understand common courtisy or understand the rules. But that doesn't matter anyway because the management won't do anything about it no matter how many times you call. So no matter what your lease agreement says don't think the other tenants have the same one. & don't think about throwing out your trash on certain days! Overall I can't think of a single reason why anyone would want to live here (well the scenery is pretty nice & a good location to Miami Medows). Regardless if the rent is fair, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
