Pebble Brooke may look really nice compared to alot of places in the Milford area, but don't let that fool you. You can have the nicest apartment complex in the world, however if you let trash move in, thats exactly what the place turns in to. I feel sorry for the woman in the prior review that was stalked my a maintenance worker. What alot of people don't know is that these so called workers are seldomly drug tested, police checked or anything else for that matter. Tenants should start asking about that before they move in, especially if you have children. I don't know what complex the one reviewer lived in but it wasn't Pebble Brooke. She said there was no drugs. I find that quite amusing when any Wednesday of the week you can read the Miami Township Milford Advertiser & see the police reports section & every week you will see the mayhem that goes on there & the people that are arrested for drugs. I almost moved my family there until my best friend warned me of the place & the problems her & her children have had there. Problems are always gonna be present in any apartment complex & of course drugs are gonna be present. Don't be fooled by the staff, they will say whatever it takes to get you in there. They are desperate to rent those units & accept section 8 housing voucher. I just wonder how many of those young mothers have live in boyfriends that aren't on the lease & are convicted felons. I guarantee it's all over the place & thats where most of the trouble comes from. Milford is a great city, just don't let Pebble Brooke suck you in & make you start hating this great city. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
