Before I moved to Pebble Brooke I thought it seemed like a nice place to live. The buildings and apartments looked great, but when I moved here when they first open the complex. But after moving here I can't stand this place anymore. They don't do the maintenance they are suppose to do, right now my diswasher won't work, told them over a week ago and than again three days ago, still nothing has been done. The lights in the hallways outside need changed and there are spider webs all over the stairs.

The cops seem to be here always for drugs or apartment (Also cars.) break ins. The parking sucks on my side of the complex, I live near the office, sometimes I have to park 9 or 10 parking places away from my building. The trash can is often full and you have to put the trash on the side, yet they yell at people for it, what do they want us to do keep it inside and attract bugs in, that don't sound like a good idea to me!

The place is so bad that the place as gone through at least 10 mangers in the past 5 years I've lived here. One manger was fired because his girlfriend/wife was flashing people on the Go-Carts they use to get around the complex. I wouldn't move here ever again nor would I recommend this to anyone, my lease is up in about three months and I'm out of here.

When you first moved in your totally made aware of that its unassigned parking so don't make it such a surprise that there isn't always parking right in front of the building. 2 cars per household.
