Like the person that wrote the review before me I moved here when it first opened and thought it would be a nice place to live considering it was new and that it was so close to stores and such. The first two years I lived there I had no problems really because they had trouble filling all the apartments up, so there was no one to bother you. But it changed as they started letting in all these kids, the drugs came in and the break-ins started.

I have never had someone break into my apartment or car at least that I know of, but do know a few people that use to live here that have had it happen to them. The one person that use to live here came into their apartment while the kids who broke into their apartment were still in there, they were smoking weed and her apartment was on the 2nd floor.

The maintenance staff here doesn't do anything, our ceiling has been leaking for over a year and a half and they have yet to fix it even though we have told them 4-5 times. The light builbs in the hallways of the building need changed due to a few going out. My sink is clogged now and have reported this to them now twice and have yet to see them come out and do anything.

The parking is terrble, we are lucky if we get a parking place within 4 to 5 parking spaces from the apartment building. They will come into the apartments often with only a 24 hour notice and will do this two or three times in the same week. I have nothing to hide, but feel that they invade my privacy by coming in so often and they come in sometimes for no real reason.

As the person before me said they have gone through at least 10 managers in the past 6 years. Even the managers know it's a lost cause here. I would never live here again !

Your totally wrong no break-ins and no drugs. Common sense, you live in an apartment complex you have to understand there are going to be kids running around and people making noise above you and below you depending on what floor you live on. If this stuff is going to bother you get a house.
