I don't know who wrote the first two at the very bottom, but i have a feeling it was staff there and not a resident. Because i don't know one person in the complex that feels satisfied with their arrangments. I wrote out a page and a half of stuff that needed fixed when i moved in and nothing but maybe one or two things have been fixed from that list. There are always little children running around in and out of cars, car radios blasting as they drive by, teenagers walking in the middle of the street instead of using the sidewalks, cops are always watching the place, driving through there at least five times a week if not once a day. Parking isn't as bad on my side but i still think there should be assigned parking and more room for guest parking
