I moved to PB in November of 2007. The only problem is a neighbor who continues to play music loud at all hours of the day and night. They moved in in Dec. The problem is now finally being addressed after repeated calls to the office and Miami Township Police. But you can get bad neighbors anywhere you live. Other than the noise from next door, the place is great. Maintenance is on the ball. Call in the morning, they are usaully there the same day. And during the winter, the roads in the complex are plowed and salted sometimes 2 or 3 times a night! They are in better shape than the township roads!
