I have lived here for 2 years and I can say that yes when I first moved in I did have problems. But since the new management company took over there have been lots of changes for the better. The maintenance is on the ball and the office staff works very hard to get things done. We all have to understand that things take a while being completed because we are not the only person living here. I would recommend this community to anyone. Its quiet, clean, and there are very friendly people. All the comments made towards this community being horrible is incorrect. If someone gets in trouble, or kicked out, they bring it on themselves and then want to point fingers to the other person that did something about it. Like they say "you get yourself fired, no one fires you" is the same situation as this.

Obviously you do not live here because the speed bumps got fixed 2 weeks ago, so you have no idea what you are talking about

All you have to do is take a drive through the complex to realize that all the horrible things said about this place is not all wrong. Maybe some changes have happened since new management took over, but its been 8 months since winter, and the plows took out the majority of the speed bumps, and they still have yet to be replaced, so cars are driving on the wrong side of the road to avoid their side which happens to still have a speed bump, the parking is still a problem, will always be a problem, and clean is not a word I would use to describe this place either. The stairs to the upstairs apartments in one of the buildings looks like some one got sick on every step, its so gross I don't want to even use the handrails!!

Well, my wife and I have been living here since October of 2001 and we are still here. And let me tell you it's not because we chose to stay here that long. It's because every attempt to try to get out of this place failed. And we've been trying since 2003. Since 2001, I agree with the people who left negative comments about this place. Over the years this place has gone down the shitter. And since 2001 just until about so many months ago this place has actually gotten a little better since a new company took over. The maintenance is better to fix your apartment faster and the grounds are kept better than before, but don't let anyone fool you. This is still the same place as it was before. You have to pay for renters insurance now, but you still can't grill out with your family. This place is like living in a prison. You can't grill out. You can ONLY have 2 items on your porch at once. And you have to pay for almost everything you have to when you live in an actual home. You have to pay for your rent, water, gas, electric, sewer, renters insurance and God knows what else they may throw at you later on down the road. So, the only thing you don't have to pay for is trash removal. This place is just ridiculous. And another thing is is that you MAY get fined for anything and everything. Having your bicycles on your porch is just the beginning And about the speed bumps, you guys have to wait until spring. You can't put down fresh concrete like that in the winter. Especially if we see another winter storm.
