I live at PB and it is NOT clean at all! There are cigarette butts everywhere. Dog crap in the mulch beds which spill out onto the sidewalks.The breezeways are a mess with God knows what on the steps and the walls. There are burn marks from the kids smoking in the breezeways.I have lived here over a year and I know that it has only been cleaned once with a pressure washer, and even then not good enough. The handrails in the hallways really need painted in a bad way.

The maintenance staff is a little better since the new company took over.

The office staff is better too.

I think the fines are a little obsessive.

They are trying to update some of the units. The only problem with that is they hire very messy people. There is trash everywhere from the makeovers. Also when the roofing was done there were nails everywhere. Maybe next time PB does some remodeling try not to go with the lowest bidder.

Also It would also do them good to offer a couple smoke free buildings. Every time people in the breezeway smokes it comes into the apartments through closed doors or open windows. I know you could have this anywhere, that is why I said it would be a good idea.

In closing If anyone from Pebble Brooke reads this I feel this could be a great place to live. All you would need to do is do some house cleaning. Both with the trash outside and some of the residents that make it trashy. I like the city of Milford and I have some days I like PB. It could be great if the management and residents try just a little harder.

Pebble Brooke staff have really been trying to clean up the grounds but it also has to be a combined effort from the residents as well. It is a on going problem with residents allowing their pets go to the bathroom and not clean up after them. We need to know who these individuals are so that we may continue to clean up the property and fine those that are responsible. We also need to know who is smoking in the breezeways because we cannot be everywhere all the time. The residents must also not just post complaints but let the office know. We cannot improve without knowing what is going on. You as a resident have the utmost power to also mention to those that are taking their animals to the grassy areas to do their business to make sure and clean up after their animals. You also have the power to tell those that are smoking in the breezways to please smoke on their patios or balconies because it is a lease violation. We are working to fix the handrails so that they are much nicer looking. It is unfortunate for those of us working at Pebble Brooke and those that live here or are contimplating living here to find negative remarks on the property however with the continuous effort of those residents that speak up about there homes and the office staff working to resolve the issues we feel that the property will continue to improve and continue to be a great place to live.

Well thats a joke!! When a resident does say something to STAFF all they do it tell you to call the police!!! So NO you are not wanting to get this place fixed up... So if a person does complain on the web... hopefully other will not make the same mistake about moving there!!!
