Pebble Brooke apartments is a community that is being compared to Milford Commons. There are drug dealers living in the apartment complex, one came up to me and asked me if I "needed anything" while I was at the pool with my children! The manager is very two faced she will say what she needs to in order to try and get you into the apartment. I specifically looked at an apartment and said that I wanted that one specifically and until 2 days before I was to move in was told by the assistant manager that the apartment was no longer available and was put into another apartment. The manager is constantly leaving the office and having her boyfriend illegally staying with. She has come back from leaving the office for hours with shopping bags. She leaves early regularly and leaves the other girl in there by herself. There are many times I have seen trash laying on the property for days and the dog poop is outrageous. If you are thinking about the property ask some of the residents especially up on the hill because that is where all the trouble families are put and see what they say. I'm just thankful that I can share my thoughts with others.

Not worth the money you pay, unless you like being around ------ neighbors who qualify to live there because they dont work, yet move their boyfriends in right away to help take care of them. I am sick of paying my tax dollars to support lazy ass -------! stop spreading your legs and get a job. Full of vandals, thiefs, two-faced drug addicts and catty -------!
