bugs me from day one manager had a attitude very unprofessional . like they said in other reviews i move in lived in other apartment for 2 yrs same contents with in the first 2 month noticed bed bugs had to get rid of things to help get it under control didn't even feel like a place to call

New owners Town properties has bought the commons. Since taking over,ive noticed maintenance is a lot, and i mean a lot faster.Took 2 months to get someone to look at anything befor,i had a maintenance guy there within a week since they took over.A few other tennents also reported

all around bad place Well for starters the repairs previously made are shoddy at best, theres hair and other things stuck in the paint on the wall with runs eveywhere. The dishwasher is old,outdated and barly works. They will not replace. Has been cleaned and fixed multiable times.

pebble brooke does not properly treat apts for bedbugs...they might have someone come out but they do not treat the whole building to keep up with the problem on a weekly basis.

There's no place like home I have lived at Pebble Brooke for almost 2 years and I can say that for the money there is no better deal in Milford! The complex is quiet, and the office staff is there whenever you need them. If you are looking for a quiet, safe, nice, affordable
