This is my first apartment right out of college, and I could not have asked for a better place to live! The apartment was clean when I moved in and any problems I have had have been dealt with promptly. If I made a call, it was fixed the next day. The only problem I had was my garbage disposal backed up. Not only did the mantinence people fix it, they put in a whole new unit the next day before I got home from work. As a 23 year old school teacher that is engaged to be married I wasn't really looking for a complex with a buch of young party people. All of my neighbors are courteous and polite. I think I might be the youngest tenant, but everyone makes me feel welcomed. The price here is comparable to an apartment anywhere in Cincy. The area is also very safe. The landlord is very easy to get a hold of and always friendly.
