I have been a resident of Compton lake for 2 years now, recently we aquired a new Manager. It has not been the same since this time.
I have put in work orders and she has somehow lost them maybe becaues she is never in the office.
She comes across very unproffesional and wears revealing clothing, she does not have a warm personality and is very cold. I am not happy anymore, and do not feel that my concerns will be addressed, since I already have not gotten my work orders taken care of, before this was never a problem. I miss the friendly service and kindness, compidence of the previous Manager.
Too bad I am stuck here for a little under one year.

This is totally untrue. The manager here at compton lake village is the sweetest, and most compassionate person i have ever met. She does care about her residnets and does try to help anyone in any way she can. She has done a lot of work since she has been here to improve the place. I think you just are mad because you probably did not get your way about something and now have an ax to grind. For anyone who reads this posting, it is so untrue and i do advise you to come out and look for yourself.

The punch line is "Wears revealing clothes." Obvious to me that this is a chicken fight and the review was written by a female resident. Sounds like a lot of sour grapes (gripes).

I don't know about the revealing clothing, but she is unprofessional. i hear other residents say they avoid her at all cost when paying rent, because she talks too much and tells eveyones business. I know that to be true, I have witnessed this behavior myself. She always has an excuse for everything and does not enforce the rules on those ignoring them. She worries about stupid stuff. She talks out of both sides of her mouth. I feel like she lied to me about rule enforcement. Get a full time maintenance man to clean up the dog droppings. The snow removal in 2010 was a joke. You would have thought this was a section 8 complex. Provede the residents with shovels and salt for 2011.
