I have been a resident here at Compton Lake Village for about 4 1/2 years now and love it. It is so quiet and peaceful here and the office and maintenance staff here are wonderful. I have never had a problem here with anything. There is your typical apartment living noise but nothing that is not tolerable. I love the fact that I have my own parking space when I get home from work and love all my nice neighbors. Like during this winter storm we had, the neighbors all went out to help each other clean off their car and help remove snow from parking spaces. I would refer all my friends and family to live here. If I ever have a maintenance request the staff is always really nice and dhelpful and do work to get things fixed asap. Like I said before I love it here. This property ROCKS!!!
