Very happy! My fiance and I just moved in 2 months ago and we love it here. Our apartment was immaculate when we moved in, the complex is safe and quiet. The maintenance guy is great, we asked for a ceiling fan and dishwasher to be installed and we got it within a couple days of asking.

Down Hill I have been a resident of Compton lake for 2 years now, recently we aquired a new Manager. It has not been the same since this time.
