First year was a dream, every year after was a nightmare with management and their use of AUM as a water biller. $40.00 a month water bills is a bit much for folks who are not home hardly at all. Apartment manager says it all evens out, but it don't come out of her pocket. Also heat is hard to keep warm unless you crank it up, furnaces are very noisy. Snow removal is the pits, as is the garbage removal which is free. Management and staff talk about other renters, enter apartments without permission. Pets are anotehr issue, some folks pay, other don't. One renter had 6 cats, paid for one, another had several dogs, paid for one, otrhers with pets didn't pay at all. There is no club house, you walk a mile for your mail unless you live up front. Rent goes up $$$ evey year with no improvements, road way is terrible, as is drainage. Apartments are nice. They rip you off when you leave with a big bill for cleaning even when you left the place spotlkess and steam cleaned the rug. They need new managemnet, as well as a maintainance man/woman who gives a damm about the people instead of talking about them to other renters.
