the apartments are very spacious and comfortable, and the porches are ok, small but good enough for a grill and 2 chairs... i live in the back, so i hve a decent amount of room for my puppies to run around... HOWEVER the bad things are many... The windows often times leak air and water from rain, and do allow a large number of spiders in, i kill maybe 1 or 2 every day... the rain often leaks under the front door and the water bills are expensive. The management here, particularly the Main manager, no names her *cough* kay *cough* is a pain in the butt... my lease in up in about 4 days, and everytime i have gone to the office to sign my lease, she is conveniently no there, and if you want something don, do it yourself or find the maintenance guy and ask him because if you ask the manager, it will not get done for probaly 6 or 8 weeks. my neighbors are great, cant hardly hear them, the landscaping is pretty, if not boring, but neverthe less it is nice. good place to live... would be FANTASTIC if we could get rid of kay. did i mention for some reason the cops seem to be scoping out the place'
