The Abors Apartments has nice grounds. They do have big black spiders in the apartments.
My dog was sick all the time we lived there and had to take him to the vet all the time.
They dont' spray for the spiders and bugs. My dog was bitten 2 times with spiders.
They don't change the filters in the furnace only when they want to.
The water bill is split between all the apartments. You move the Managers have to call the AUM water co. to get the water out of your name.
The rent is high. The furnace for gas or air runs all the time and your bill is high.
They don't make the residents to pick up the dog doo.
Some residents pay anywhere from $550 to $675 and get locked in at that price so there rent don't go up every year. They raise my rent every year. Over $700 a mo.
You have to pay for a glass door to be put on the front door.
snow removal is awful.
