The apartment is cozy and cheap enough to make it worth 'lower' rent.
My big complaints are the floor tiles in the bathroom and kitchens, they are cheap, ugly and freezing in the ground floor units.
The dog poop situation is pretty bad. In some areas it's not bad at all, but have seen poop BESIDE the poop trash cans. It's very bad near the pond in the back. My dog has had 2 parasites since living there and I blame the dog owners not cleaning up after their dogs.
The staff, except for one who is just clueless are friendly enough.
