I've lived here for a year now and I really haven't had many problems. As far as maintenance goes, our dishwasher would run constantly and the maintenance man was here the same day and fixed it properly and sat down and watched part of the game with us (cool guy) and there was a crack under the front door and centipedes were coming in and taking over the living room and they came and fixed it right away. The only complaints I have is the fact that there are about 4 apartments accross the street that constantly have partys, bbq's and come home in the middle of the night from bars screaming at 2 o clock in the morning and roads are too narrow with the parking on them that you have to stop and let people go past you. I live in a one bedroom townhouse and we were told no matter how long we lived here we would still get the same rate yet when renewal time came up (which we are moving out his month) they had raised the rent by 40 dollars!!! The apartment is nice with nice carpet, cabinets and appliances. Love the fact that they have W/D in the place. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
