We've paid our rent on time since we've moved in. The same with all of our previous apartments. We miss one payment (which is doubtful, they probably just misplaced the check) and we get charged 2 late fees. I can understand the one late fee for a day late. But after 10 days, you'd think someone would notice we hadn't paid our rent and send us a reminder - like any good manager would do.
No, we got 2 late fees and just found out we missed our payment TODAY - 26 DAYS after the 1st.... New manager has no clue what she's doing. She sends out an EVICTION notice as well as a nice little bag with candy in it.. how thoughtful. An eviction notice even though this is the first time I had heard about it.
We will never rent here again if this is the way they treat loyal renters. We will never buy one of their overpriced, undersized condos (which there seems to be plenty for sale around here - cheap quality).
STAY AWAY, it looks nice on the outside, but add on dog ---- everywhere (with owners who let their dogs run free without a leash), small apartments, bad roads, poor management (who have no clue what they're doing), new construction down the street, it's become a ---- hole.
To sum it up: Overpriced, undersized.
