I lived there for 2 years, they raised the rent 50 bucks each time my lease came up for renewal. I had a major bug problem, I couldn't get them to stay out and I had to vacuum every day to get rid of them. The maintenence sucks, I called for a leaking faucet and it took them over a week to fix it. The electric bill was always rediculously expensive, I lived by myself and my electric bill always ran at least $150 dollars a month. I would never refer anybody to this place. I am so glad that I finally moved out of that dump.

When I lived there, I also had a bug problem - they would come in under the front door in the summer. I asked them to come fix it, it never really was completley fixed.

In response to those who have bug issues...There IS a solution,it's called RAID,and if you spray in and around the thresholds and window sills,they won't bother you anymore,but must spray every 2-3 months.I highly recomend this,because MOST places that are level with the ground (places with patios and such)are going to have bugs coming in.
