Older apartments so they are a closed floor plan (each room is walled off). Starting to show their age but overall well kept. Three bedroom has full basement with W/D hookups. Maintenance wasn't the greatest (took them 3 trips to fix our water heater) and the master bedroom has water leakage this winter in the ceiling that has yet to be fixed. Cable hookups in living, family and master bedroom, but not in other 2 bedrooms.

Parking is a problem when all apts are full, especially if you have multiple cars. Fairly safe neighborhood, well lit and a CVS right down the road for convenience items. Close to Heath for shopping, mall, restaurants, etc...

Not a bad pick especially if commuting to Columbus, but there may be better out there.
