I lived in the 3 bedroom apartment with the full basement. First off you can NEVER NEVER keep the house warm without spending a fortune, so bring your blankets in the winter. The master and 2nd bedroom are decent sized but the 3rd bedroom was barely big enough to fit a queen sized bed with a desk (not to mention how small the closet was), we would jokingly call the room the "sardine can". The staff will tell you one thing then do the complete opposite, not only that but anything you have a problem they will make you feel like it is your fault for something going wrong. I lived here for an entire year making the trip to Columbus everyday for work and at the end of my lease I was DYING to get out of there because the neighbors and staff were rude, the apartment was never a comfortable temperature (no matter how much money you spent on the gas/electric bill) and the neighborhood was starting to look beat down.I lived with 2 other roomates, both with a car (obviously) and you could NEVER find a parking spot remotely close to where your door is. I guess for $685.00 for a 3 bedroom townhome with a full basement you should expect to be treated unfairly -- NOT. When I ended up moving out I told them I would pay the repair costs after the Holidays (I moved out at the end of November) and they agreed to this. On December 26th I recieved a collection notice that I had not paid and I HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT!!! I called the office 4 times and got no reply and finally when I got ahold of them they were so extremely rude that I just ended up writing a 4 page letter to them telling them how awful I felt by the way that they treated me -- I GOT NO REPLY. Guess they don't care if they get good referrals.
