too many rent increases,,,

Very nice community setting, pet friendly, neighbor friendly. Parking is a HUGE problem! Annual rent increases are getting to be annoying and are not justifiable. Also, different rental rates for the same apartments. Winter plowing is not done efficiently. DEFINITELY needs to be more than one maintenance person!!!! High turnover of tenants.
