The complex is very nice with rare problems if any I can recall. Every once and a while I can hear neighbors but I stress this is a rare occurence. Parking is usually not a problem since every apartment has their own garage. I lived in one fo the few one-bedroom apartments which was extremely large especially for the price. Cell phone reception was horrible however (verizon and alltel). Laundry facilities are not adequate hwoever the one bedroom lofts do have washer and dryer hookups since I did look at one of those when I was looking to move in. I was on a bottom floor next to the laundry facilities and the apartment was half underground. At times the bathroom would be incredibly hot and the bedroom warm while the living room was freezing in the winter. Overall the complex was nice and enjoyable. On the other side of the city (not very large at all) is the central management place to pay rent but they have jsut started to do electronic withdrawals striaght from your checking account if you so choose. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
