I have had many problems since moving in last July. Bugs, noisey neighbors, nosey neighbors, parking issues, snow and ice problems, leaks...but what's really gross is that currently there are other renters who don't clean up after their dogs. I have complained, but managment can't seem to correct the situation. Everyday I come home to find the front common areas filled with dog piles. I find it totally embarrassing to have guests because there is no way they wouldn't notice walking up to my door. It's a shame too, because it's a beautiful street, really nice apartments, but poorly maintained.

I'm looking to rent here and your review along with the other one has made me seriously consider not renting here which breaks my heart because the units are gorgeous. I would like to know specifically what your issues were with the parking. What happened with the noisy neighbors (what did you do/request from management to do). This is a major concern as I am leaving the downtown area partially because of the noise. Are the comments from the other reviewers statements true? Is water and sewage as much as they stated ($75-$100/mo)? What unit were you in? Were they responsive to repair issues? Did you threaten to not pay rent and send it to the County if they did not repair things? Sorry for all of the questions, however I really like the apartment and need to know. I'd really appreciate your response.
