My husband and I are on our 4th lease here at Butternut, and wouldn't dream of moving to another apartment community! We have everything here we need, plus the apartments are so big! The space is what we were looking for. And our dog is 85lbs and they do accept her as well! The staff is very friendly and always on top of things. They have a big place to run! I was impressed! The maintenance guys are always going above and beyond, they even help me with the odds and ends in our new home. The partys that they have for the people living there are fun too, it helps people get to know other people when you are new to an area. For sure, I would sent my friends and family Butternut's way!
