A Madison is absolutely great. We have been here for over one year and love it!! They have so many activities for everyone including great ones for the kids. We have had no problems ever. It has been great living here.

For the people who posted that it is too expensive, you know what you are going to pay when you sign your lease. You shuold have not rented then.

Also, children have just as much right here as adults. Most people who have the children are renting the most expesive units!!!!

We are anxious to sign another lease.

So is that to say that people who rent one bed room units have no say in their surroundings? Allowing children to run free around an apartment complex because those families pay the most rent doesn't sound right. If I rent a one bedroom apartment for 800 a month, I do not run around out of control. Children are not meant to run free around an apartment complex. Regardless of who you are and how much you pay, you need to respect all your neighbors. Kids need to stay in kid desiginated areas, PERIOD.

And you need to get some every once in awhile and realize that kids running around is a fact of life. You are right just because someone pays more then you doesnt give them more of a right, but what you fail to realize is that when you move into a place such as this and knowing there are families that live there as well then there will be children. Anywhere you go will have kids playing unless you move up into the mountains alone. So get over it and take the stick out your butt.
