I have been living at these apartments for the past 6 months and I think I made a great choice in selecting it. I own a one bedroom apartment, which is huge and soooo cute, and it really feels like a home. Every month the staff does something fun for its tenants, such as poker night or $5 pizza and subs. We've always had problems fixed in a timely fashion, with the exception of a tree branch needing to be cut down outside our window. The fact that they pay for water and give everyone one garage parking space is great, but even if I didn't have it, I live in the back of the building where there are plenty of spaces. Bills have been relatively low, gas around $30 and electric around $50 during wintertime. what else....people don't always pick up after their dogs outside, but it's because of their own laziness because Madison provides trash cans and bags in several areas of the complex. Don't get too excited about the hot tub, they don't ever fill it with water, and even though the workout room is smaller, it does have a decent treadmill and other equipment that I need. Overall, I'd give this place an 9 out of 10 for apartment living.
