Please take the time to read the other postings in detail...most are dead accurate. The management and maintenance staffs are absolutely terrible. Poor, low quality construction...yes, all the sound comes through the floor and walls. There is dog poop everywhere. Everything breaks all the time: in the year we lived there, the sink broke three times, the stove went down, and upon leaving the even tried to charge us twice for the same thing. Beware of Karen, the manager of the community, she was quite rude throughout our time (customer service doesn't exist in their vocabulary). Then there's the price: you can get a LARGER, NICER apartment downtown for less money! And they told us our rent was going up $300/month if we stayed. Needless to say, we moved out a month early. Then all of our friends in the complex moved out the next month. Save yourself the hastle, find another place to live. Definitely the worst apartment experience we've ever had.
