Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived there for 19 months and found the people that worked there to all be nice and thoughtful. I heard very little noise from unit above me but did hear some. If you want silence buy a house 30 miles out.
The only consistant problem I found was parking was a premium many nights had to go to another area to park.
