Can't beat the location - minutes to shopping and airport.

My husband, daughter & I lived at Madison for 9 months. We needed more space and to pay less rent - otherwise we would have stayed. The property is very nice. If you have dogs or are a dog lover - this is the place for you! At least 80% of the tenants have dogs. Sometimes the smell isn't so great - but most owners take care of their pets' waste.

There is only one dumpster - but it is a compactor - not a dumpster. It can hold everything necessary - but lazy tenants won't open the door and put their trash inside. They would rather leave it on the ground.

We had an outside entrance and didn't have a problem with neighbors noise. Windows do leak in winter - highly recommend putting plastic on inside of windows to help with heating.

Manager, Karen, is awesome. Very willing to take care of problems.

Community activities are planned all the time - some include children. They really try and get you to meet your neighbors.
