I was a resident at Madison for a year...I couldn't WAIT to get out of that place...just goes to show you can't judge a book by its cover. The management team is LOUSY and the girls in the office have NO clue what is going on. They can tell you one thing one day, then another thing the next. The parking is terrible, often we had to park at another building and walk to our apartment because people DO NOT park in their garages. Go somewhere else...don't pay the ELEVATED price for this dump.

I currently live in a one bedroom apartment at Madison and I don't park in my garage because management hasn't given me an opener yet. And I've lived there for a year. Trust me, I'd love to use my garage. Once you find whose parking in mine, kick em out, then convince management to give me an opener, let me know.
