I lived at Northernview Villas for a year and could not wait to move. The management team was horrible. There was a purse taken from a woman in the parking lot and a man peeping in windows on two occassions. Many tenants had suggested more lighting or a fence and it was denied. I don't see why they wouldn't want their tenants to feel safer in thier own homes. We had a furnace problem, that lasted almost two months, in the middle of winter, and we were given a space heater for heat. We had issues with the bathtub draining and they took forever to fix the problem. When we were moving my husband picked up my wedding dress box, which I had paid to have preserved, and the box was soaking wet and looked like it had black mold all over it. I called them to have them pay to have it cleaned and they said we must of spilled water on the box and they refused to help. I had explined about the plumbing issues we had in the past and they said it was not their problem. I want others to know how they treated us and hopefully prevent it from happening again.
