OOPS! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have written 2 reviews praising this property. I moved here in May of 2005, and up until 6 months ago this propert was the best thing going. NOW, that has changed. We have had 2 changes in Resident Managers and each has gotten worse. The maint. staff is great, the houskeeper is teriffic! The resident manager doesn't follow up on problems and refuses to accept responsible for anything. The rents have increased (water charge $25.) and there is a lower class of people moving in. It seems that there are no varification as there are a lot of evictions and vacant apartments. I will be leaving in May and would not recommend this propert unless your used to living in "slums". This property has been called "the slums of North Olmsted" in most circles.
