I live at Northern View and I haven't had any problems. Yes, we have had staff changes in the office but I don't see where that has affected us. These are not "luxury" apartments but nice and well maintained. The building is older but the apartments have been updated. I am quite proud of where I live. Victor and Frank (maintenance) are always helpful. The new girl in the office tries to stay on top of things. We even have some activities now.
