Hello everyone, I have lived in this apartment complex since December of 2003, and I am glad to say that we are leaving this December. To tell you about the place... First of all the office sucks.. In this past year 2 of the office employes have left. There is a new office manager but he isn't doing any better.
We paid our rent through a money order each month. In July we were told that we had not paid June's rent, however they waited for over a month to tell us. WE DID pay the rent and the office "lost it". Someone stole the money order (unfortunatly we did not have the receipt to prove it- we learned a hard lesson there) To make that story short, they would not take any amount of payment from us till we had the whole ballance paid (again) so we racked up about 300.00 in late fee's. We are really upset buy that and aspecially because we don't know who not to trust, from the office personal to the doormen.
The doorman ( however nice) will sit on there butt when they see you comming in with big arms full of groceries ( thank's guys)
In the apartment itself.. In the summer it's hot and in the winter it's cold. ( This is because they regulate the heat-- free of charge- of corse)
Our oven is horrible. We have not cooked more then 3 things in the year that we have lived here- The oven is right next to the fridge so the temp. is uneven and off.
We have a 2 bedroom apartment and 1 bathroom. This bathroom is so small, I don't even think it is regulation size. LOL.
The pool ( Outside and not heated) was cold all summer. There was not one day when it was warm enough to swim in ( although ther are rumers it may be heated by next year).
********** OK I know you are waiting to find out what we did like in the apartment. THE VIEW- was beautiful- We had an apartment up high and it was great. On July 4th we could look out of our apartment we could see 8-10 different places setting off fire works.
Also the location. You can't get much better then having Walmart in your backyard and the mall across the street. And if you live in North Olmsted you know the city is great- filled with mostly all wonderful people and everything you could possibly want within a 10 min drive!!!
