The management of this apartment is terrible! (Consolidated Management Inc)
They will do things such as "lose" rent checks, only to cash both the "lost" check and the replacement check, and charge you a fee.
They say your apartment looks fine before you move out, then they charged us almost $800 in random fees they came up with.
They will not repair anything unless you complain at least every day for two weeks.
This was the worst experience we have ever had at an apartment and I would never stay somewhere owned by Consolidated Management Again. (Make sue to check as they own several other properties)

They've never "lost" my rent in the four years I've lived here. Sorry, but this complaint just doesn't ring true.

Well now they are owned by Niederst Management and they don't lose my checks either. Thank God
