I moved in here because I was in a pinch money wise and didn't know the area very well. They will entice you with a 12 month lease / get two months free type of deal, which brought the apartment to a reasonable rate.

The Good: Fairly adequate living, for the price. Excellent location. Fairly nice maintenance and staff-- I honestly do think they try their best.

The Bad: First off, the place is fairly dated, and it shows. When I lived there, very few units had cabinets/appliances newer than 20 years old, and the few that did were considerably (see: unfairly) more expensive. The apartments are also TINY. I have seen master bedrooms larger than the one bedroom apartments here, and the layout is pretty awful, with an extremely narrow living room consisting of one cable outlet.

The laundry room was also a minor nuisance. It was about $1.25 to WASH a load of laundry, and perhaps another $1.25 to dry it (or something similar). I actually had my UNDERWEAR stolen from there once as well, which makes you wonder about some people.

Other things to watch out for: Next to worthless fitness room. Non-heated pool. Often long waits for the elevator. A slight shady element with respect to some of the tenants, which is to be expected when it is one of the cheaper places in North Olmsted.

The Ugly: Despite all of the above, they had the nerve to jack up my rent $75.00 a month at the end of my lease. Luckily, this time around I was not so desperate and and found a much better complex elsewhere. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!
