I lived here from 3-08 to 3-09, The management switched over from CMI to Neiderst and the office is run by a couple of 18 to 20 year old retarded valley girls who have no idea what they're doing. The place was an oven all year round (never was below 74 in the apartment) I never turned on the heat once the entire time I lived their and surprise surprise somehow my gas was maxed out at its cap every month (even when I was out of town(they have a $33 cap on the gas)! The pool was freeeeeezing even on the hottest of days! Parking was expensive ($40 per month), and my car got more dirty in the garage then it did when I parked outside. Since I moved out instead of recieving my security deposit back I recieved a rediculous bill for cleaning the apartment, holes in walls from pictures, even charged for cleaning the dishwasher! I left the place spotless and took pictures! It's just their way of trying to scam people out of money!

I tried dealing with the manager their, no luck just a bunch of dumb little valley girls with no education! I'm currently working on a small claim lawsuit. I figure if the moneys going out of my pocket either way I might as well do my part so they don't see a dime of it.

If you left it spotless why don't you take the pictures to the manager? I know that when I moved out I kind of left my apartment gross (just a little cleaning that I missed) and I got charged over $500. I tried to dispute them but they had pictures and I knew to leave it alone. Sounds like you may have not done that and instead of taking responsibility of your actions you are trying to blame someone else.... Try cleaning up after yourself.
