I don't know what all the fuss is about.. maybe the circumstances are just different for everyone. We lived there on a short term lease for a few months and everything was pretty good. The apartment was more than ready when we moved in, and whenever we needed something the people at the office were quick to respond, usually the next day. The facilities were nice, although the pool could definitely use some heating because even in the hottest summer days it was freezing... Our apartment had a very nice view of Brookpark Road, and we loved being within walking distance of the mall, restaurants, bus stops, especially since we didn't have transportation.I don't know why people who have actually had good experiences hardly ever leave reviews... but, overall, this was a pretty good place to stay, at least for us.

These reviews are supposed to be based on people's personal experiences, and in our case it was a good one. If you're so unhappy, you can always move out, but if not, then don't ruin our comments just because you don't agree with them. And next time, read more carefully, because the only thing that's barely there is construction, and that's only because it is an old building. Everything else was told from our point of view based on OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

I guess with a short-term lease you weren't able to experience how bad this place can get, you are lucky you were able to get out so quickly. I also see that there really isn't anything good about the place in your review other than that they barely meet the minimums of what should be expected of any apartment complex (in your case, looks like they have failed others horribly) and their location (which has nothing to do with the staff and the apartments themselves). If you would like to live in a hole with terrible office staff, then I guess this is the place for you.
