This place is the worst place to live in the Cleveland area! When arriving back from vacation, my apartment had water and mold damage all over the hallway, washer/dryer room and bathroom. It has taken 2 1/2 weeks to fix the damage and I have had to constantly call and follow up with the staff because things were not finished or done right. Also, the painters forgot to close my door and lock it after they were done, plus they left their supplies in front of my door. Management will not give me a break off rent for all of this either, even though it was their fault.

This complex is being bought out by some kind of real estate investor. Almost all of the staff is resigning or being fired.

Consider anything else but Dover Farms when considering an apartment, it will save you a lot of time.
