"Buyer" beware!!

This property (DOVER Farms) and its sister property, Royal Oaks, is a really big scam. Be very careful that you inspect the building and your actual apartment before you sign anything. By law in Ohio, they can show an apartment that is currently occupied if they give the current tenant 24 hours' notice. They will claim that they can't show you the apartment but really it is just their policy and they won't admit that they can legally show it to you. There are several reasons for this, the most important one being that the first floor apartments are like basements!!! They are almost all below ground level--not good for flood control--but it also means you basement dwellers get fewer/smaller/or no windows in the front or sides of your apartment!!
