WOW! After reading these reviews the very next day I turned in my application(along with $120), I went and tried to take it back. It was less than 24 hours, and I turned it in on a Sunday, so I thought I would be able to stop them before they submitted my background check. Nope! Already in progress. I lost $70, but it was worth it. Thanks for the feedback! I think you all saved me in the end!!
I already wasn't impressed with the office staff, and when they wouldn't show me any apartment but the model, I should have walked away then. BUT I liked the model so much that I was sucked in.
The selling point for me was that she told me that you would never hear the neighbors. THEN I read the reviews, and saw how wrong she was.
I thought there was a lot of shady things going on there, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
